Covers all of Australia. NSW Metro will take up to approx. 2 business days and NSW Rural, up to approx. 5 business days. Shipping interstate will take up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points to metro areas, rural may up to 10 business days.
Express Shipping $14.95 Next Business Day Delivery
Covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.

COURIER SERVICE
Amy Taylor Collection despatches through Australia Post. Standard Shipping is provided by the Parcel Post Service and Express Shipping  is via the Express Post Service. Each shipping method administers tracking features & updates, provided that you correctly entered your contact  and / or email details at checkout. If you did not receive tracking information, you may have entered in your details incorrectly. Simply, email us and we can provide you with a tracking number.
 
PROCESSING TIME
You should receive your order in approximately 2-14 business days from date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with Australia Post tracking information.
 If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mailbox. If you still can’t locate email, it’s possible we have an incorrect email address for you. Please contact us with your Order Number to check the status of your order. Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include processing times. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays.

FORMAL WEAR / BRIDAL WEAR / COUTURE
Please allow a 2-14 business day waiting period for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Amy Taylor Collection will be in contact with you if more time is necessary. Please note, formal and bridal wear are created within our Sydney Based studio. They are made to order and could require additional time dependant on the influx of demand.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if refusal of the shipment occurs upon delivery. If an. order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by the customer in order for the package to clear customs. Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of an order directly on the package and to mark it as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law, from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

  • Amy Taylor Collection is not liable for missing parcels due any errors on the customer or Australia Post’s part.
  • Please note that Amy Taylor Collection is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high-volume seasons. Please note that all delivery times are estimated. Amy Taylor Collection does not guarantee delivery dates. If there is a consumer error in the shipment address made at checkout, Amy Taylor Collection reserves the right to charge a re - shipment fee.
  • When ordering from countries outside of Australia, additional duties and taxes may be payable by customer depending on the rules governed by the country of import.
  • All International orders are sent in corresponding Courier Company packages for your location. Customers will receive a confirmation email from Amy Taylor Collection with an order number and relevant details to confirm that an order has been placed.
  • Please allow a 2-7 business day waiting period for your order to be processed before it is shipped. You should receive your order in approximately 2- 35 business days from date of order.
  • If you have not received your package within 35 business days of placing the order, contact us with your full name as well as your Order Number and we’ll look into the matter immediately.
  • Amy Taylor Collection is not liable for missing parcels due to any errors from the customer or courier company mishaps. 
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here. We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.  
SALE PERIODS
 
Please allow for a slight delay in despatch during peak sale periods. As we are an Ethical Australian Brand we place utmost care in producing your pieces. In heavy sale periods as we receive an influx of orders in a small amount of time, there may be a slight delay in production and despatch of your orders.
