This is the fastest shipping method of 1-4 business days

We offer a personal driving service for special orders and urgent deliveries through certain areas in Sydney South/Metro

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)

All order are trackable and shipped via Australia Post as Express. Amy Taylor Collection cannot take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country. These fees vary widely from country to country therefore we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to making any online purchase. For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

Australia Post provide us with an estimated delivery timeframe therefore any delays in transit do not constitute for a refund and the timeframes advised are a guide only. We are not responsible for any additional charges the delivery carrier may charge. If your order is returned back to us for any reason you will be notified and required to pay postage cost for it to be shipped again. All items on our website are in AUD. Please ensure to provide us with your best contact phone number at checkout for shipping purposes.

Express Shipping 

We offer International Express shipping on all international orders. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Email and SMS tracking notifications are included by your local delivery agent. A signature on delivery is required. Please ensure to provide us with the most accurate information for delivery and/or any special delivery instructions.

All sample/sale items will be processed within 3 business days 

Made to order

Many of our pieces are made to order, which means our turn-around time is subject to demand. You should receive your order in approximately 2-14 business days from date of order. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with Australia Post tracking information. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays

 Urgent orders

Need a dress this weekend? If your order is required sooner than the above time-frame please select the urgent order fee at checkout. Please also leave a note with the date of your event to ensure we process and ship your order in time.

 Bridal Couture & Custom

Orders are subject to fabric availability. Depending on the style/fabric of the gown, the turn-around time can range from less than 7 days to 9 weeks. Please feel free to contact our Bridal advisor Jessica if you have any questions. jessica@amytaylorcollection.com
